Knowledge Base


The knowledge base is a searchable component which houses helpful articles and frequently asked question. Users can search keywords to find articles.

Finding an Article

  1. From the hub homepage,  click the question mark and then selecting Knowledge Base. Alternatively, navigate to the URL
  2. Search for the article by typing in key words in the search bar
  3. Once found, click on the title of the article to view
