This presentation will describe:

- What hub groups are, and how to find or create them
- How to invite and manage users in a group
- Group manager functions
- Group features that help facilitate group collaboration, including new calendar features
- What resources are, and how they are contributed
- Administrative settings for resource types and approval process

Emily is a Hub Liaison for HUBzero. She joined the team in January 2013, and is skilled in providing support, training, and documentation to hub users. Prior to joining the HUBzero team, Emily worked with the Instructional Development Center Support team of Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP). While there, she worked closely with Blackboard Vista and Learn, a Web-based Courses management system, providing 2nd tier customer support and assistance. She also worked as a Customer Service Representative Supervisor at the ITaP Customer Service Center, assisting faculty, staff, and students with ITaP resources. Emily received her BS in Movement and Sport Sciences from Purdue University.
