• Improper permissions and ownership for svn and trac directories
  • as root run the following commands:
    • chown www-data.www-data /opt/svn/tools
    • chown www-data.www-data /opt/trac/tools
    • chmod 0770 /opt/svn/tools
    • chmod 0770 /opt/trac/tools
