New Monthly Release Model

| Description: | Hubzero's Team has developed a new release model. Instead of releasing bug fixes and changes weekly, we are moving to a monthly release to allow for more time to test bug fixes and document the changes that are taking place with each month's release. We invite all of our Hub owners to attend a one hour debriefing about this new model and to answer any questions.
