How to upgrade from Open Source HUBzero 0.9 to 1.0.0
Greetings, community.
Is anyone able to point me at steps for upgrading an open source HUBzero 0.9 deployment to the latest 1.0.0 iteration?
Has anyone had experiences they are willing to share regarding such an upgrade?

I don’t think this is possible; too many names of directories and paths to things in the middleware have changed too much. I think you’re better off with a clean install. Then you’ll need to copy over the database tables (use mysqldump to get them and sql source command to install), scp the home directories, and install the image files. I beleive the image files are now kept in a new place as well. There may be other things I haven’t thought of but these are the basic idea. good luck!
