Registration Workflow
How do (can?) I have automatic self-registration be less “automatic”?
Specifically, I want to disable the initial user-confirmation email and, instead, have a notification sent to the hub administrator, who will then EITHER add the new-user information manually and create the account by proxy; OR have the user-supplied information filled-in automatically and manually create the account by proxy? (and, in both cases, THEN send the confirmation email message to the new user)

There are some options in the registration component about ConfirmEmail and its proxy. Go into the administrator interface, Components -> HUb -> Registration (Note, I haven’t tried this)
We wrote our own php joomla component and then edited Extensions -> Template Manager -> Site -> our_hub -> HTML to link to our component instead of the HUBzero one. HTML carets omitted in the line from the file.
