I have a non-rappture GUI tool that I am trying to install on a HUB I built using the open source install. I copied the middleware invoke script from the same tool on a Purdue hosted hub. When I went to run the tool, it failed. The log file for the session said:

/apps/jmol/r2/middleware/invoke: line 96: /apps/xvnc/bin/pixelflip: No such file or directory /apps/jmol/r2/middleware/invoke: line 102: /apps/icewm/captive/invoke: No such file or directory

pixelflip and invoke are the keepalive daemon and window manager respectively, according to the comments in the sample invoke script. Are they in a different path on the hub-from-scratch or is there a suggested way to install them?
