Installed hubzero workspace, cannot launch workspace with error Session Quota Exceeded with no other sessions running

Installed HubZero following instructions. After finishing 1.21 Workspace tried to launch workspace in Firefox browser. Error: Sorry, you have reached the maximum number of sessions allowed for your login. If you wish to start a new session, you must first close at least one existing session in the list below:

Nothing shows in the list. When choose ‘Workspace’ link – get error 404: Resource not found.

When tried in Hub in a box, had a similar issue, however it appears that the problem starts after 1 successful launch by the same user.

    The text that says “Workspace” is reserved for projects that get published, hence when you publish a tool and then click on that text it will take you to the informational page for it.

    In the beginning the “Workspace” text isn’t connected to anything and will give you the 404

    If you click the icon next to the text and launch the workspace from there it should work perfectly.
