What the point of the question and answer section of site?
The latest question I can find that was not answered by the original questioner is dated September 2014. Other than that questions are either answered by the person who originally asked the question or go ignored. So I find my self wondering what the point of this section of the site is? My take away is that if you need an answer to a question, you aren't going to find it here...

That's sadly kind of true. It would be nice if the community was large enough that they could answer each other's questions better. As far as contacting the HUBzero team this is an open source forum and we have limited resources. Our primary support goes to our paying customers and foundation members. That said we will try to improve the Q&A coverage moving forward.
