How do I write an my invoke script for a java application?

I have a Java application that calls submit. I’d like to publish this tool without using rappture since it has a GUI. How do I write an invoke script for the Java application?

In your middleware/invoke file :
xterm -e “java -classpath /apps//bin/classes/ .; bash”
where all classes are put into bin/classes/
