Is there a way to remove unconfirmed user account?
I am looking for a way to remove unconfirmed user accounts. I would like to open a new account for an existing unconfirmed user who said that didn't get a confirmation email. I want to test this process to make sure that users can get their confirmation emails.

Generally we don't like to delete accounts as it can orphan relational links in the database. But its pretty safe to do so for brand new accounts, so you can just delete the account under the User Manager on the back end.
The user also has an option to resend their confirmation, and there is an option for you to manually confirm the account.
Typically when we see this complaint its because the mail went to their spam folder or the mail just took much longer to arrive than they expected.
