In Admin, Global Configuration, how do we use Site Environment (Production, Stage, Testing, Dev)? This doesn't seems to be a Joomla feature?

If we install H0, does it install also the different Environments? Meaning, if I switch to Dev, can I change the site without affecting Production? we tried and it doesn't seems to work this way?

How can we use this field or function? If we set a different H0 for dev, and a different one for testing... how do we set them to be able to use this function in admin interface?

If this field doesn't work yet, what are your recommandation to set different environments?

Thank you

First its best to forget about Joomla, this is HUBzero and the fact that there is still some Joomla under the hood is coincidental.

The site environment setting is just to tell the site what mode it should be running as. It doesn't change very much right now, I think it controls some caching options and debugging options. We set up seperate VM instances for each environment we want.
