Is version 1.3 stable?
I saw that hubzero 1.3 is available at http://packages.hubzero.org/rpm/rhel6/hz-1.3.0. I'm currently just using the cms portion of HZ. Is v1.3 a stable production version?

It has not been released yet. HUBzero 1.3.0 will be released September 29th. The RedHat packaging will be available but will be considered a Beta release at this time.
