How to edit / access the highlight-section at home

¿Is there anyway to access the highlight-section in the hubzero? Been looking at modules, articles… But can’t find it. I mean the gray horizontal area in the middle of the home where it says: “Welcome to our community for scientific and educational collaboration”

hello,
You can find this in article manager, and edit the article with name “Home”
