How to Unpublish a Knowledge Base Article from Backend so that it does not show to the user?
I am working from the virtual Machine image of version 1.1.3. I have some articles in my Knowledge Base that I would like to “unpublish”. However, it seems they still show up on the main Knowledge Base page (i.e. site/kb). When I “unpublish” them they no longer show when I search the Knowledge Base, but they still show up in the list on the Knowledge Base…but give a “404” error when a user clicks on it.
So, how do I get v1.1.3 to actually “unpublish” a Knowledge Base article short of deleting it???

I’m working with version 1.2, so this may not work for you. On the administrator backend go to Components -> Knowledge Base. There should be 2 views available: Categories and Articles. If I click on Articles and unpublished an article, it no longer shows up on the list. If this doesn’t work for you, try creating a category called “Unpublished” and add the article to that category, then unpublished the category. Hopefully this helps.
