Is there a way to restrict access to certain projects within a group, so that only a few Members of the Group have access to Project notes, files, etc. ?

Members can belong to any number of groups on a Hub. So, as of version 1.1, I’ve been able to the kind of restriction you seek by creating a second Group that only certain members have access to. The members that are in both groups should have access to all the resources; those in only one group will not have access to the more-restricted resources.

I haven’t noticed a way to restrict access from within the group, but you can always have someone create the project outside of the group and invite the relevant members to the project.
