Where can I modify the default values of trac.ini file?
I want to override some of the default values that are set in the trac.ini file of each trac project on the hub. Is there any global configuration file where I can change the default values so that they are used for each new trac project that is created?

The trac.ini file is generated from an internal template by addrepo. There are currrently no plans to turn this into an external template.
