Is it possible to notify support staff when a new ticket is added to a hub?

We would like to send a notification to our support email address whenever a new ticket is created. Is that possible?

    Hi Andy!

    You can notify your support staff whenever a new ticket is added to a hub through:

    1) The backend under Components >> Support >> Tickets.

    2) On the Tickets page, you’ll find a “Parameters” button on the top right portion of the page.

    3) The Global Configuration for Support will open up and in the field called “Notify when ticket is created”, you can enter each email address that the ticket notification should go to (enter below the “{config.mailfrom}” and separate each email by a line break).
