How to debug: xHub Internal Error: Unable to create Hubzero_User_Profile Record
Hi, We had a problem with a server was restarted and this inevitably, this led to some problems of inconsistency in the LDAP but it was repaired, and also with some mysql tables that appear to be well now. Now the problem is that when a user tries to register, get the following error:
“Internal xHub Error: Unable to create Hubzero_User_Profile record”.
Anyone know what can be done?

I believe we dealt with this subject via a troubl ticket. But for the record Issues like this are much easier to fix in the next release as the leap data can be regenerated easily from the MySQL database. With the current lease it is important to keep good backups so that a corrupted leap database can be rebuilt.
