There can be only one hubzero instance per operating system instance. It is possible to use virtual machine instances like VMware to host multiple hubs on a single physical machine. This is only practical for relatively light workloads. In the future it might be possible to host multiple cms only hubs (no tools) but that configuration is a low priority on my development schedule.
