We installed the prepared Virtual Machine copy of the hubZero package a while ago to play with, but never made extensive changes to it. Two weeks ago, the boss decides that we’re going to go with it for our new collaboration platform. I am tasked with reinstalling the VM on a new server and customizing it; no big deal. I install, everything goes great, I demo it to show it’s working, and then start making changes using the built in administration functionality.

Suddenly, I come in today and I can’t access the site! I try some things, and it turns out that I can access everything except the front page (administrator side looks fine, manually going to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/myhub works fine, etc.). When I try and access the front page (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), it attempts to load for a minute, and then comes back saying the server sent a blank reply.

Anyone have any idea why this might be?
