Displaying default modules in memberDashboard
I want the 'Dashboard Introduction' module to show up in the dashboard (memberDashboard position) for new users when they first visit their dashboard, as it was designed to do. This is no longer the case, for several releases now (e.g. open source 1.3.1, 2.0).
How can I set it to show up by default? Change the Module Assignment to 'On all pages' on the back-end? Or something else?

Default display in the user dashboard can be customized. This customization is set from the administrative backend via Members:Plugins, then clicking the Manage link on the Members Dashboard plugin. However, this functionality is throwing a 500 error as of open source release 2.0.
